Each pays himself and at least one other well.<\/p>\n<p>All non-profit organizations with revenues exceeding $50,000 must file Form 990s annually with the Internal Revenue Service. And, in return for the non-profits\u2019 tax-exempt status, their Form 990s are publicly available.<\/p>\n<p>As to salaries\u2026<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">National Center for Education and the Economy<\/span><br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/nonpartisaneducation.org\/NCEE2013Form990.pdf\">NCEE2013Form990<\/a> \u2013 Marc Tucker pays himself $501,087, and six others receive from $162k to $379k (p.40 of 48); his son, Joshua Tucker receives $214,813 (p. 42)<br \/>\n\u2026also interesting: p.16 (contrast with p.15), pp. 19, 27, 37<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Alliance for Excellent Education<\/span><br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/nonpartisaneducation.org\/AEE2013Form990.pdf\">AEE2013Form990<\/a> \u2013 Bob Wise pays himself $384,325, and six others receive from $162k to $227k.
